CLEARWATER BEACH, FL, August 29, 2007 – The dramatic, butterfly-shaped architecture of Enchantment Beachfront Residences in Clearwater Beach, Florida, was recently awarded Best High-Rise Development for Floridaby the International Property Awards, an international industry organization based in London, England. Partners participating in these awards include CNBC, The New York Times, Daily Mail, International Homes Magazine and the National Association of Realtors.
“We are delighted to be recognized by the international community,” said Uday Lele, developer of Enchantment. “It brings a sense of pride to be acknowledged for developing a completely different approach to condominium living.”
The awards will be presented at a gala black-tie event in London on September 14th. Eric Pickles, a member of parliament, will be presenting the awards. At that time, national winners will be announced to compete in the international competition, which will take place in November. The Royal Mirage in Dubai was the International 2006 winner.
The signature, butterfly shape of Enchantment was chosen for its unique exterior appearance and what that design accomplishes for the interior space. It allows stunning 240-degree panoramic views, direct-elevator access to a private foyer and virtually no common walls – unique to Enchantment. Most residences include multiple outdoor living spaces and 9 ˝ to 10 ft. ceiling heights. Luxury two-to-four bedroom residences range in size from approximately 2,250 to 4,771 square-feet of air-conditioned living space.
Enchantment will offer a five-star resort environment, with all the privacy of a single-family home. A signature five-story grand archway will encompass the outdoor “living room” containing many of the resort-style amenities.
The luxury, fifteen-story condominium was designed by Tampa’s Collman & Karsky Architects for Lele Development. The building’s architecture promises to be a destination for its beauty and unique design.
There are 17 floor plans, most providing breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, the inland waterway and city lights. Enchantment is situated on the southern tip of Clearwater Beach, offering exceptional sunrise and sunset views. Night lights can be seen from both beach and bay residences. The residences range in price from the low $900,000s to $2.7 million.
The $180 million project is Lele’s third condominium development in Clearwater Beach and their flagship project.
Coldwell Banker The Condo Store Previews is the sales and marketing company for Enchantment. Coldwell Banker is owned and operated by NRT Incorporated, a corporate giant in the industry. Enchantment is expected to break ground in Spring 2008, with occupancy in Spring 2010.

ENCHANTMENT UNVEILS REDESIGN AT VIP BASH

CLEARWATER BEACH, FL, July 10, 2007 – Enchantment Residences, a luxury condominium on the southernmost point of Clearwater Beach, recently unveiled the redesign of their signature, fifteen-story, open butterfly-shaped structure at a VIP bash held at the site. Guests were given the red carpet treatment, greeted by a “live” butterfly who welcomed guests inside for the Enchantment tour. A “Merlin” ushered guests to the “magic box” elevator to the 6th floor where they were greeted by a harpist and fairy character who guided them to the Enchantment wing. There, guests could visit the viewing room, a model room and amenities room while enjoying cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres with an enchantress to guide them.
As guests mingled, they could see the exceptional view from the site with its southern exposure of Clearwater Inlet and the Gulf of Mexico. VIPs were also able to see cutting-edge technology in the model room providing them the exact view, (within several feet), from each residence in the planned fifteen-story building.
The VIPs then visited the first floor sales center to see the designer kitchen and bath models and taste a signature “Enchantini.” The third part of the tour, developer Uday Lele briefly related his vision for the property while guests enjoyed more refreshments and hors d’oeuvres. As a finishing touch, VIPs were given live butterflies, still in its chrysalis, to take home and be released in a few days.
“We wanted to show our guests that we have created a new class of residence, one that has never been offered before,” said Lele. “The butterfly design allows stunning 240-degree panoramic views, direct-elevator access to a private foyer and virtually no common walls. There are 17 floor plans from which to choose. We have created more living space, added exceptional in-home features, at a price that is astonishingly affordable for what is being offered.”
Lele explained, “Enchantment will offer a five-star resort environment, with all the privacy of a single-family home. A five-story, grand archway shelters an outdoor living room with luxurious appointments. The amenities include a luxury spa where massages, facials, manicures and pedicures are included in the home owner’s association fees. I want to create a new standard in beachfront living.”
Designed by Tampa’s Collman & Karsky Architects for Lele Development, Enchantment was redesigned to accommodate requests the developer received for the unique residences.
“We had too many residences, at the very high-end, that were extremely large in the older design,” said Uday Lele, president of Lele Development. “We found that our second home buyers prefer less square footage and lower pricing. By redesigning the space, we were able to accommodate those wishes and, at the same time, add even more features to create a truly private home in the sky.”
The luxury two-to-four bedroom residences range from 2,250 to 4771 square-feet of air-conditioned living space. Prices range from the low $900,000s to $2.7 million.
Enchantment’s location, facing south across Clearwater Inlet to Sand Key Park, offers sunrise-and-sunset water views. The $180 million project has already been nominated for an international property award
Lele Development currently has 350,000 square feet of beach-front property under development. Enchantment is Lele’s third condominium development in Clearwater Beach and their flagship project.

ENCHANTMENT NOMINATED FOR 2007 INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY AWARD
Enchantment Beachfront Residences on Clearwater Beach Will Feature Unique "Butterfly" Architectural Design
CONTACT: Uday Lele, Enchantment Developments, 727-447-1400 UdayL@enchantmentclearwaterbeach.com
CLEARWATER BEACH, MARCH 12, 2007 -- Enchantment Beachfront Residences, a 15-story, 150-foot tall luxury residential condominium building to be built on the Clearwater Beach shoreline, has been nominated for a prestigious 2007 International Property Award for its unique architectural design.
Now entering their 13th year, the International Property Awards program has been called the "Oscars" of the property industry. These awards are truly global, with entrants from many countries. Award categories encompass estate agents, property developers, architects, interior designers and many other areas of the residential property trade.
The developers of Enchantment are hopeful that Enchantment's unique "butterfly" design will increase its chances of winning an International Property Award. "The building's design allows nearly all residential units to have a 240-degree panoramic view normally seen only in penthouse units of other condominium buildings," said Uday Lele of Lele Development. "We are confident that this building will become an iconic structure for Clearwater Beach."
"The design also allows us to offer residences that will feel like single-family homes. Most residences will have direct elevator access to private foyers and 10-foot ceilings. Each residence has a very limited amount of shared wall space with other units, as well as superior noise reduction including above standard 9-inch concrete slabs in between floors and cast iron plumbing lines. The result is a home that does not feel like it is part of a high-rise condominium," Lele said.
Finally, Enchantment developers are confident that the judges will consider in their judging one of the building's most unique design features -- a five-story high Grand Archway -- which nestles a luxurious outdoor living room with plush appointments. Underneath the Grand Archway are a swimming pool, a jetted spa and a reflection pool with a fire feature that will introduce a romantic ambiance at night.
The Awards will be presented on September 14 at London Marriott Grosvenor Square. The International Property Awards (www.propertyawards.net) is supported the National Association of Realtors and National Association of Home Builders. The Awards recently signed The New York Times as a media partner. Other media partners include The Daily Mail and CNBC.
Enchantment is Lele Development's third beachfront project on Clearwater Beach. Enchantment will offer 90 residences at pre-construction pricing starting at $940,000. It is scheduled to begin construction in the third quarter of 2007.
