The developer's vision for Enchantment was to create an "architectural attraction" in the Tampa Bay area. Enchantment's design will bring people to Clearwater Beach to marvel in the building's unique design and unrivaled architecture. Collman & Karsky has been commissioned to make the developer's vision of creating an architectural attraction in the Tampa Bay area a reality.
In order to ensure that each project provides maximum productivity, efficiency and affordability, Collman & Karsky offers the services of its own interior design and space planning firm, called InnerDesign, which has been in business for 20 years. The firm's expertise in both architectural and interior design has been a valuable asset to Enchantment, given the unique curvaceous design of the building.
Collman & Karsky has several projects in the Tampa Bay area: Utopia condominiums; Crescent Heights condominiums; Sunwatch condominiums; Franklin Templeton Southeast Headquarters; Madeira Grande Resort; and Raymond James Financial Corporation Headquarters. Other clients include Kraft Foods, MCI WorldCom and GTE.
